Annual Golfer’s Nite, 19th March 2017
New Members – March 2017
The Squash Section organised the Panorama Challenge on 20 -23 March 2017. This has become an annual event, thanks to our sponsor, who has never been supporting us for more than a decade! The participants were drawn into two teams – Pano and Rama. Eric Goh captained team Pano while Su Yong Leh led team Rama. The competition was so close it went all the way down to the wire with a final score of 10 – 11 in favour of team Pano.
On the fellowship night that followed, our guest-of-honour was Mr and Mrs Ng Eow Siah, representing our sponsor for this event. Also present was Dr Gunaseelan, from the General Committee of the club. The guest-of-honour gave away the prizes and delivered a few great songs on the karaoke for all of us. Adding to the merriment, the night closed with the celebration of Mr Raymond Chan’s birthday.
Finally, a word of thanks to our sponsor, especially Mr and Mrs Ng, for their continuous support. To us your presence has made a difference. And, to our members, thank you too, for your participation.
