Deepavali Nite Celebration, 10th November 2017

Diwali is the five-day festival of lights, celebrated by millions of Hindus, Sikhs and Jains across the world. The festival, which coincides with the Hindu New Year, celebrates new beginnings and the triumph of good over evil and light over darkness. The actual day of Diwali is traditionally celebrated on the festival’s third day, which this year falls on Wednesday, October 18 and our Club Celebrate this festival on 10th November 2017.
The function was graced by members, well-wishers. The aura and magic of Deepavali engulfed the ballroom when Indian music by Vines Event Management echoed the hall and guests were feted with a sumptuous array of spicy Indian food by the caterer from Sai Starts Kuala Kangsar.
The climax for the night was the musical group which belted out popular songs from Kollywood and the star of the night was the Mr.Xavier Lock Up who took us on a Malaysian Indian Song. Kudos to 3 singers and dancing group for their performance, showmanship, gets together with guests and willing to take photographs. Enthusiastic guests took to the floor to unwind to the beat of the Indian music and it was true reflection of good over evil.
All this would not have been possible if not for the effort from the Entertainment Committee and a word of thanks to the Organizing Committee which was headed by Mr.Moganarajan and the team for a great job.
