TAI CHI SIFU BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION, 25th APRIL 2019
Line Dance Section Hari Raya Celebration, 12th June 2019
The NCT Taichi Section organised the Dumpling Festival Celebration on 30th May 2019. It was also a Fellowship Gathering with the CRC & Temple Taichi Group and the Wei Yang Taichi Group of Taiping. The Tennis Court was a hive of activity with the members and the guests turning up in their colourful costumes and tee shirts.
The event started with warm up exercises of basic Taichi 16 , 24 , and 40. This was followed by the NCT members performing the Sword 42 , Sword 49 , Hua Dao and Taichi 48. The guests then showed their skills in Kungfu Fan , Kun (Bamboo Rod) and the Wudong Sword.
The celebration ended with breakfast at the NCT Restaurant and of course the main item on the menu being the glutinious rice dumpling ….!!
